NUPROL 4.0 is the highest-pressure formulation in the NUPROL airsoft gas structure, developed for heavy bolt gas blowback rifles, DMR platforms and high-mass slide or bolt assemblies. Where standard or high-pressure gases may struggle to cycle reinforced or extended systems reliably, 4.0 delivers the maximum operating force required to maintain consistent mechanical function.

Heavy steel bolts, long-stroke systems and upgraded internal components increase resistance throughout the firing cycle. The 4.0 blend is engineered to overcome that resistance while maintaining controlled, predictable pressure behaviour. This results in strong recoil impulse and dependable cycling even under demanding conditions.

The formulation incorporates NUPROL’s highest-pressure trace additive expansion profile to promote rapid and stable gas expansion inside the magazine. Silicone lubrication supports seals and valves against the increased mechanical load, helping maintain operational consistency during extended use. For advanced GBB rifle setups that demand uncompromising power delivery, 4.0 provides the upper tier of the NUPROL pressure range.
